On meeting Neal and chatting, we saw he was very passionate about the company. We explained we didn’t want open homes, so we felt we were in really good hands. From then on in, we were fully informed of everything that was happening and who was going through our home at what times.
Not once were we made to feel uncomfortable about the whole process, in actual fact the Team were all really wonderful! They were very patient with us (well me!). Throughout the whole process, Neal was constantly in contact and kept us fully informed. As we had bought our home 20 years ago, this was a very daunting process for us but the Team made it as painless as possible.
Given the opportunity we would be more than happy to recommend Neal to anyone and everyone, and we would not hesitate to work with him again given the awesome experience we had.
