As a first home buyers and new migrants, we were not that familiar with the home buying process in Auckland. Neal provided professional guidance for us throughout the process.

We wanted to take a moment and say a huge thank you. You two have been the best through the whole process of selling our home. It’s hard to sell your first home. From the very beginning you were both honest and up-front with us and set a realistic vision of selling our place.

Glen you are a straight shooter and we really appreciated this as you gave it to us straight. No sugar coating the process or what to expect. You let us know how you and Mel work and as I recall the first thing you advised was that you want and try to get the property in Multiple Offers after the 1^st weekend which you did. You are always available and went the extra mile to walk us through the process.

Mel you are amazing. Your vision of our home and how presented it in the marketing “Almost” made me want to stay. Everyone I showed the photos, video and our own website to were astounded at the effort. One person even asked me if the photos were computer mock ups as the quality was top notch.

You two are true professionals on every level. It has been an absolute pleasure working with you both. We wish you the best with all future adventures. You’ll have to come to the new place and check out the view.

Many Aucklanders seem to take buying and selling houses in their stride, but this was the first time my parents had ever sold a house –  a house that was our family home for 49 years.

Right from the first meeting with Trish, Mum and Dad knew she was the right person for the task of selling their home.  She knew this was a treasure, that Mum and Dad had loved and cared for and realised the momentous decision that it was to sell.

It is no easy task to win my Dad over, many people have tried and failed over the years, he can smell an insincere person a mile away, that was so not with Trish.

The process of selling a house is stressful, especially for Mum and Dad being first timers, but it was made so much easier with Trish by their side.  Her guidance, support of their progress and reassurance was invaluable.

Trish as a family we would like to thank you wholeheartedly.  It was a pleasure to meet you on auction day and for both myself and my sister Sarah you were very much part of the “Moss Team” on the day.
