If anyone on here is thinking of buying or selling a house, read on. Just had to give a big prop to Carla Page from Harvey’s Glen Eden. My wife and I have just sold our property on Glengarry Rd, we enlisted Carla to take care of proceedings for us. Up until now, my trust and pretty much, ability to engage with real estate agents was non existent given some dealings with one local chap who is no longer an agent. Who will remain nameless… Carla however from the outset, was the most above board, honest, fastidious agent one could ever ask for. Never in (the very short) process did I feel I didn’t know what was going on, and never did I feel any of my requests were not being met. After the first week of open homes, multiple offers were presented, one of which was the winner, and the price well above cv and one my wife and I are extremely satisfied with. So if you are selling, I suggest you give her a buzz, even if it’s to have a chat to sound her out. One meeting and I guarantee you’ll engage her help!

We can’t recommend Carla enough. If you don’t like dealing with real estate agents, then you’ll absolutely love her. She really got to know why we were moving and the next steps we had planned for our family – she wasn’t just motivated by the sale.
Nothing was ever too much trouble for Carla either. From running open homes that suited us to answering texts late at night, she was always available to help or answer questions.
Carla is a real gem. She really understands the market and got us the best result for our home. The sale price exceeded our wildest expectations, which helped the move into our bigger home much more manageable.

Carla defined and executed a thorough but pragmatic marketing strategy for the property with clearly very good market reach. In total we had over 112 groups through the property. Carla also managed the tenant relationship very well throughout the listing period – I did not need to worry with anything.
She kept me informed at all times with detailed customer feedback during the marketing process. I was always well informed about how the campaign was performing at all times.
